James S. Hall was born and raised in Northern California. He received his Bachelors Degree in the Administration of Justice from California State University Sacramento. Mr. Hall served as a lieutenant with the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department prior to receiving his Juris Doctorate Degree from Lincoln Law School Sacramento, in 1997.
